配送と返品
商品が本やポスターの場合はオンデマンド印刷で、アメリカの印刷会社で印刷され、直接お客様あてに発送されます。
注意：複数の商品をご購入される場合、商品の製造元をご確認ください。複数の製造元がある場合、それぞれの場所からの送料が発生しますのでご注意願います。例えばLuluとPrintfulの商品を購入される場合は、２つの送料が発生します。基本的に書籍はLulu、ポスターはPrintful、その他商品は当店から発送されます。
欠陥が見つかった場合は、14日以内に写真を添えて shop@pteronshop.com までお送りください。本やポスターの場合はアメリカの印刷会社と一緒に問題を解決させていただきます。
